The ceremony was hosted by Angela Tan, who welcomed the distinguished guests and attendees before the program formally commenced. This was followed by the Opening Remarks delivered by Ms. Jill Aithnie Ang, WSI Managing Director, who formally welcomed the participants and emphasized the significance of the event in fostering collaboration and advancing opportunities for the region's creative and business sectors. 
Messages of support were then delivered by IDR. Lorenzo Valencia III, Vice President of the Philippine Institute of Interior Design (PIID); Dir. The program concluded with the keynote address on behalf of Hon. Gov. Arthur R. Defensor Jr., Governor of Iloilo Province, delivered by Ms. Aulynn B. Yue Sin, ENP, Provincial Tourism Officer and Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Center.
